DeadlyDog Productions is an indie game studio founded by Roan Fraese in 2025. It makes historical games about ordinary people caught up in large events, from a family driven out of Hamburg in 1683 to the nations of the Napoleonic age.

Two of its games tell the same story. Forester is a free pixel-art colony sim in the browser. Forester: Reckoning tells the same story in first person and in 3D, as a survival game, a city builder, a battle game and a grand strategy in one. Standards In Smoke is a free hex-map strategy game set in the age of muskets.
